ABSTRACT:
Contemporary antisemitism has become more sophisticated, globalizing, virulent and lethal. It is reminiscent of the atmospherics of the 1930s and without parallel nor precedent since the end of the Second World War. The new forms and processes of contemporary anti-Judaism overlaps with classical antisemitism but is distinguished from it. A focal point of contemporary forms of antisemitism is the delegitimization and demonization of the State of Israel. This paper puts forth a conceptual and an analytical framework to examine this new and dangerous phenomena. The paper proposes a new criteria to identify and then examine, uncover and combat this global threat.
